| Title |
Mastering Academic Communication: From Research Writing to International Conference Presentations |
| Abstract |
This talk explores the two pillars of academic excellence: precision in writing and impact in speaking. The first half focuses on core principles of academic writing, including logical cohesion, formal register, and constructing clear scholarly arguments. The second half shifts to transforming written research into professional conference presentations. Topics include the "3P" framework, signposting techniques, and the use of non-verbal communication—such as eye contact and gestures—to enhance intelligibility and authority. |
