In 1979, Deligne conjectured that critical values of L-functions of pure motives may be represented, up to a rational constant, in terms of the determinant of a matrix whose entries are Kontsevich-Zagier periods. In this talk, we will formulate an analogue of Deligne’s conjecture in the function field setting and provide an affirmative answer for Drinfeld modules. This is a joint work with N. Green.
