[Scholarship] 115-1 Course Scholarship

The Department of Mathematics at NCKU has established this scholarship to encourage hard-working students. The scholarship provides up to NT$10,000 per recipient.

I. Eligibility:

Students of the Department of Mathematics at NCKU with outstanding academic performance in a single course are eligible to apply. Applicants must have completed all credits for that semester to be considered.

II. Required Documents:

1. Application form (including a statement of purpose)
2. Scanned copy of the original academic transcript (must be clear and readable)
3. Study reflection report for the specific course
4. Scanned copy of the applicant's post office passbook cover

III. Deadline:

12:00 PM (noon) on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

Please combine the above documents into a single PDF file in the specified order and upload it to the Google Form before the deadline.

• File naming format: 115-1 Course Scholarship + Student ID + Name (e.g., 115-1 Course Scholarship C10123456 Wang Xiao-Ming.pdf).
• This scholarship only accepts online applications; no hard copies will be accepted. Late submissions will not be processed.

Note: If necessary, interviews will be conducted for this scholarship. The interview results will be announced on the Department of Mathematics website, and the awards will be presented publicly during the NCKU Mathematics Alumni Association Annual Meeting (Alumni Homecoming).
