| Title | On Quantitative Lower Bounds for Solutions to the Boltzmann Equation in Non-Convex Domains |
| Abstract | The problem of quantifying the positivity of solutions to the Boltzmann equation has attracted considerable attention in kinetic theory. Beyond its physical relevance, positivity estimates also play a fundamental role in the mathematical analysis of the equation. In this talk, we discuss the construction of Maxwellian lower bounds for solutions to the Boltzmann equation without assuming convexity of the domain.
