TITLE	Characterization of Real Regular Merging Soliton Solutions of the Boussinesq Equation
ABSTRACT	The Boussinesq equation can be obtained by the reduction of the KP hierarchy. By considering its Sato \tau-function and the complete characterization of totally nonnegative Grassmannians, we are able to give a complete characterization of its multiple soliton solutions. In particular, we will explain why certain B\”acklund Transformations lead to singularity in the soliton solutions while others do not in Rasin-Schiff 2017 J PHYS A-MATH THEOR. 50(32).
