TITLE Smoothness of the Gain Term of the Boltzmann Collision Operator

ABSTRACT The smoothness of the gain term of the Boltzmann collision operator is an important property which was used to proving propagation of strong L1 compactness for the renormalized solutions of the Boltzmann equation if strong solutions exist. It is also used to proving the propagation of the moments of the solution. In this talk, I will show a new proof to improve the current results of estimates on the gain term.
