TITLE	Birational Geometry of Algebraic Varieties in Char P
ABSTRACT	Abstract: In this talk I will describe some of the recent advances in birational geometry over fields of positive characteristic focusing on surfaces and 3-folds. Although the results are quite similar to the case of characteristic zero but the tools used are quite different.
