TITLE	High-Frequency Instabilities of Hamiltonian PDEs
ABSTRACT	I will present a general theory of high-frequency instabilities of traveling wave solutions of Hamiltonian PDEs. Such instabilities can be characterized completely by the dispersion relation of the problem and by the coefficients of the quadratic part of the Hamiltonian.
