This algebra is defined by generators and relations that are very similar to those of the degenerate affine Nazarov-Wenzl algebra except for some crucial signs. It can be regarded as the (degenerate) affine generalization of the periplectic Brauer algebra introduced by Moon, which can be roughly thought as an algebra dual (in the sense of Schur-Weyl duality) to the periplectic Lie superalgebras. This talk is based on a joint work with Chih-Whi Chen.
